Hellocar Rides Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Hellocar Rides you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal driving age in your jurisdiction).
• Hold a valid drivers license appropriate for the vehicle class you will rent.
• Have a valid payment method (credit/debit card, digital wallet, etc.).
• Not have a suspended license, recent history of dangerous driving, or disqualifying criminal history related to vehicle use.

You agree to provide accurate, complete registration information and to keep it up to date. We may verify your identity and driving record before allowing or continuing access to the Services.

2. Use of Services and Vehicles

When using Hellocar Rides you must:

• Use vehicles only for lawful personal transportation.
• Follow all local traffic laws, safety rules, and posted guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and report any issues using the app before starting a trip.
• Return vehicles to the agreed drop-off location, parked properly and within the reserved rental window.

Prohibited Uses

• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.
• Racing, towing (unless expressly permitted), or using vehicles for commercial deliveries or hire.
• Allowing unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle.
• Tampering with or disabling GPS, telematics, locks, or other security systems.

3. Fees, Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

Fees: All applicable rental fees, taxes, surcharges, and service fees are displayed in the app before you confirm a booking. You authorize Hellocar Rides to charge the payment method on file for all fees, fines, and damages.

Deposits: Some rentals may require a refundable security deposit. Refunds of deposits are processed after vehicle inspection and resolution of any outstanding charges.

Additional Charges: You may be charged for late returns, traffic or parking violations, damage, excessive cleaning, towing, or recovery costs.

Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made prior to the scheduled rental start time. Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations after rental start at our discretion. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within [510 business days], depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Insurance and Liability

Hellocar Rides may provide basic insurance coverage as required by local law. Coverage details, limits, and exclusions are available in the app. You are responsible for any deductible and for any costs not covered by insurance, including theft or damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts.

In the event of an accident, you must:

• Ensure everyones safety and call emergency services if needed.
• Report the incident to Hellocar Rides via the app and to local authorities (if required) immediately.
• Cooperate with investigations and insurance claims.

5. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

Before starting a trip you must inspect the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage through the in-app reporting tool. Do not operate a vehicle with a known safety defect. At trip end, return the vehicle in the same condition, parked and locked. Failure to do so may result in repair, cleaning, or administrative fees.

6. Safety, Tracking, and Data Collection

Vehicles may include GPS, telematics, and other sensors to monitor location, usage, battery and engine health, and safety events. We collect this data to provide the Services, ensure safety, prevent theft, and improve our operations. All collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Behavior

You must not:

• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems, vehicles, or other users accounts.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or fees.
• Use false or misleading information to obtain rentals.
• Use the Services for unlawful activities.

Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if verification fails, or if your conduct is unsafe or fraudulent. Termination does not relieve you of responsibility for outstanding charges incurred prior to termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellocar Rides and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of use). Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of any single rental will not exceed the total fees paid by you for that rental.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us at support@Hellocar.Rentals so we can attempt an informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except where arbitration is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app and on our website and will indicate the Last Updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Privacy / SMS

Your use of Hellocar Rides is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share personal data. Please review it carefully before using the Services.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive messages from the business in accordance with the disclosed terms of Jetpack Missions LLC.
By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive a text verify your intentions to enter the website. We need to make sure you are a real person. Reply STOP to opt out at any time to opt out.
